Senior Visitor Relationship Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer research
  • Maintain good relationship with key buyers in fashion industry
  • Attend exhibitions to recruit new buyers
  • Liaise with trade association
  • Support onsite VIP buyers’ programme

Requirements:

  • University graduate in communications, media or languages
  • Min 5-year experience in customer relationship with good telemarketing skill
  • Excellent personal and presentation skill and outgoing personality
  • Fluent in spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is highly preferable

Senior Exhibition Sales Executive, Fashion Team

Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales functions including data input, invoicing and various administrative tasks
  • Explore new business opportunities and contacts, telemarketing to look for local and international potential customers

Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • Min. 2 years in sales and customer services experience, relevant event and exhibition industry experience is preferable
  • Good communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is highly preferable
  • Good PC knowledge, self-motivated with team spirit, out-going, dynamic, and target oriented
  • Able to work under pressure, independently and proactively
  • Less experience will be considered as Exhibition Sales Executive

Exhibition Administration Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales enquiry and sales administrative work
  • Manage sales promotion material and implement effective stock control
  • Support the sales team to implement sales activities and marketing campaigns
  • Manage customer database 
  • On-site support at the events

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Secretarial / Business Studies
  • 3 years or above administrative experience
  • Result-oriented, well-organised and a good team player
  • Detail-minded and details-oriented are essential
  • Good Time management & communication skills
  • Good command of both written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Good coordinating skills, initiative, diligent
  • Good PC knowledge, proficient in Access, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Less experience (1 year or above) will be considered as assistant

Assistant Marketing Communications Manager

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Marketing/Communications/Public Relations
  • 8 years or above experiences in trade exhibitions, event marketing or public relations
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Detailed-minded, creative, self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Fluent in Mandarin is a must
  • Candidates with less industry experiences will be considered for the position of "Senior Marketing Communications Executive”

Marketing Communications Executive

Requirements:

  • Excellent command in both English and Chinese (written & spoken)
  • University graduate in Marketing / Communications / PR
  • Detailed minded, creative, copywriting skill, self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • 3 - 4 years' working experience in marketing, communications or PR fields
  • Experience in trade exhibition would be advantage
  • Fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage

Marketing Manager - Jewellery Publishing

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving all marketing and promotional activities for the Jewellery Publishing Group (www.jewellerynewsaisa.com), which consists of print and online publications, directories, show dailies, special supplements, an industry-wide awards events and online conferences 
  • Develop and implement all marketing campaigns, including press releases, press conferences, product promotion, brand building, circulation promotion and website marketing 
  • Supervise team consisting of marketing and circulation staff 
  • Plan and manage marketing activities at trade fairs 
  • Help develop sales materials and provide support for Advertising department 
  • Provide overall management and maintenance of the database

 Requirements:

  • University graduate or above 
  • At least 5 years of experience in direct marketing and/or public relations. Experience in B2B publishing is a plus 
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is an advantage 
  • Good understanding of database marketing 
  • Creative, hard-working, organised and be able to work under tight deadlines 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • We are willing to consider candidates with less experience for the position of Assistant Marketing Manager.
